The service

Tallyrow converts text-based PDF bank statements to spreadsheet files in your browser. It is provided as is. Parsing depends on each statement’s layout and can be wrong.

Check your output

You are responsible for comparing the output with the original statement before using it for accounting, tax, lending or legal purposes. Tallyrow is not financial, tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Use Tallyrow only on documents you are entitled to process. Do not abuse the forms or try to bypass limits; we may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

Free use and packs

Free limits are described on the pricing page and may change. Paid packs are one-time purchases; see Billing and Refunds below.

Billing

Page packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription, nothing renews and we never charge you again automatically. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (see the privacy policy); we do not store card numbers. Taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

Refunds and cancellations

Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; pages already used for a successful conversion are not refundable. Full details and how to ask are in the refund policy.

Disclaimer

PDF layouts vary widely between banks and even between statements from the same bank, so Tallyrow may misread, skip or misplace rows and amounts. Output is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Tallyrow is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. You must verify every export against the original statement before relying on it.

Breach and suspension

Abuse of the service, including automated scraping, attempts to reverse-engineer, bypass or share paid unlocks, or attacking the forms and APIs, may lead to your access being limited or revoked. In that case paid pages may be forfeited without refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tallyrow is not liable for losses arising from errors in converted data or from unavailability of the site.
