Refund policy

Last updated 21 October 2026. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Unused packs: 14 days

If you have not used any pages from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

What is not refundable

• Pages that were already used for a successful conversion. A conversion counts as successful when the preview and export were produced, even if you later decide the layout is not what you wanted.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Packs withdrawn or limited because of abuse, as described in the terms.

If the converter did not work for you

If a statement could not be read at all, tell us the bank and layout (do not send the file). We will try to fix it, or refund the pages that failed to convert, whichever you prefer. The free preview shows what will be found before you spend any pages.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.
2. Say which pack you bought and roughly when.
3. We reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor; your bank may take several more days to show it.
